I see a soap opera mockery being made of democracy
I see tha strings of tha show being pulled by tha “parties”
I hear all tha cheap blows and repetitive jargon
Precisely chosen advertisement slogans
With setting and message deliberately set-up and programmed
Reaching and teaching us subliminally through televised programs
I’m never surprised by their shameless scare tactics
Hidden in plain-sight by nameless combatants
Yeah I’m afraid, but not afraid as some should be for lacking
Tha insight to see through outlandish distraction
Yeah I’m blazed but I’m not half as blunted as
Tha half-assed second-comings I “herd” all tha sheep fronting as
I lead by example call me Tha Good Shepard
And i say it’s ok if it rains come out your umbrella
Open your eyes up and awaken. “Read my lips.”
Tha Bush’s are just CIA agent tradin’ misinformation like DeNiro and Damon
Takin power, creatin’ terror that got us so scared we shakin’.
But “We The People” are even more scared of tha I…R…S…sssssnakes
Internal…revenue…what “service” do they provide besides
makin us nervous, takin food of our plates, and causing us stress?
They say “Don’t question death or your taxes;”
Because Big Brother investigates ’til your last breath and after you
Give ‘em your two cents to that grim reaper, they’ll take your last penny faster
Than 1984 became our present Orwellian disaster
Now Blackberry gives agents exact locations;
Trust me, technology ain’t cool when privacy’s invaded;
iPhones googleEarth and zoom all destinations,
iMagine tha girth of military persuasion!
International intelligence operations
Are bound by tha spread of their ownfalse information
And it ain’t to cool to talk bout this nation’s invasion;
When Habeas Corpus and more rights are suspended,
It’s tha lawmakers and cops in need of detention;
Terrorist tyrants, DC was deliberately raided, to divide and destroy autonomous nations -
Constitutions are conquered by selfish behavior – and when democracy fades
Another fake savior ushers in tha next era of greatness, saying all tha right things -
Their “hope” is to persuade us into thinking this time they’ll do more than placate us
